Store Policy
All our products are made-to-order or produced in limited runs curated by the artist. Please ensure you truly wish to purchase an item before placing your order; once an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We only accept returns and issue refunds for items damaged during transit or those with quality defects. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific product.

Pre-order items can only be cancelled before the pre-order period ends. For in-stock items, please contact us if you wish to make any changes prior to shipment. Please note that refunds for cancelled orders will be issued after the transaction fees. Our email: support@micochigoods.com

● If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photos and videos; we will resend the correct or undamaged items, or issue a refund for the incorrect or damaged goods.

If your package is lost, please contact us within 45 days of the shipment date and provide your order number or tracking number. We will contact the carrier to investigate the status of the package. If the loss is confirmed, the carrier will provide compensation in accordance with their policies. We cannot guarantee a full refund of the order amount.

Please note:
Once the order status is updated to "Accepted by courier," our responsibility is fulfilled, and the package is no longer under our control. We can assist with the claims process but cannot provide direct compensation. If you encounter any issues with your package, please feel free to contact us at  support@micochigoods.com .

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the items within 14 days without giving a reason. As stated above, the items must be in the same condition as when received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
