Shipping Policy
Orders for in-stock items are shipped within 5 business days of receipt, while pre-order items are shipped within 45 days. If the carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information. To ensure successful delivery, please carefully verify your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by the following:
● Incorrect or changed address
● Refusal of the package
● Failure to pay import duties
● Package stolen, lost, or collected by another person after delivery confirmation

Items are shipped from China, and delivery times vary depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery address; we offer standardized international shipping rates, which are calculated at checkout.

We are unable to deliver to the following locations: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and U.S. military bases in the Americas, Europe, and the Pacific.
